To be fair, If i didn't enjoy watching somebody using mechjeb i'd probably just quit watching. So even if it wasn't, they would have still been fine with it. See the discussion on misc posts for more info. I'd say it counts as satire, which is covered under fair use, although I'd guess one could argue otherwise. Cool with it in the sense that they assumed people who are torrenting the game wouldn't buy it, and torrenting would allow for more publicity. No posts unrelated to KSP or memes and image macros.

He said something along the lines of "If you don't like Mechjeb you can suck it". A lot of the old guard of the community's early days has left. Just curious, is it legal for them to profit off of the KSP characters and subject material? I remember Daimon, and Skunky, and these comics They stated early on that they were never going to put any kind of DRM on the game, because they think it's counterproductive, but that's a lot different from saying "Hey, go ahead and steal our game".
