There are as many ways to eat an all raw or high raw diet as there are people. The simplest approach is the Natural Hygiene way. With the Natural Hygiene approach, there are no recipes, or even any machinery; You just eat food as it comes from nature. There is a lot to be said about this easy to understand approach, and most of the time it is how I live.
Again, fish oil is the single most abundant food source of Omega 3. Fish, fish oil, and seafood are animal sources of Omega 3. They are the most direct source. Plants oils on the other hand provide Omega 3 as well. They include flaxseed oil, cbd oil, walnuts, and tofu (soy protein) all contain ALA another fatty acid. ALA breaks down into DHA and EPA in the blood stream.
It is known that poor health and bad nutrition first manifest in the fingernails and hair follicles. As such, make sure to get good nutrition. However, do not over indulge in any one particular thing. An over consumption of Vitamin A and E have both been linked to hair loss.
Make sure the turkey that is being used is completely thawed out. If a non-thawed turkey is put into a fryer the water will react with the oil and a pressure buildup will occur. Fryers who don’t follow this precaution may experience a flying turkey phenomenon. The turkey will literally pop out of the fryer spraying blazing hot oil everywhere and sending the turkey airborne.
If the catfish is ignoring you, then you need to do something about it. If they hardly notice your bait, you can throw away chopped fish or fish hemp bombs to attract the fish towards you. Other anglers use dog food or corn flakes, which are particularly effective as well. Once they come out, they’re easy to catch.
So, where are the interest rates headed now? Lower, of course! Until we see a real bottom to the market they are still on a downward trend. Certainly, we will see this bottom if the White House changes parties this fall.

You can also look in your grocery store for new herb and spices ideas that will go well with chicken breasts and vegetables to go along with them. Healthy does not have to taste bad, you just have to find the flavors that work well for you.
